Jaggery Sugar Block and Flake

The processing line it will fill finished jaggery sugar syrup into the mould and do the cooling and de mould for finished jaggery solid 

Processing Flow Chat as follows:

1. Pour the finished jaggery sugar syrup into the storage hopper with heating preservation

2. the filling head will automatic weight and filling

3. Automatic feeding the formed jaggery solid to cooling tunnel to cooling

4. Cooled jaggery solid do the de mould to packing

5. Empty Mould go on filling recycle

6. Main Equipment: Filling and Formed Machine, Cooling Tunnel and De Mould Machine

7. Weight of Jaggery Solid: 250grams and 50grams

8. Size of Products 30 x 40 x 36mm and 60 x90x1100mm
